10 Simple Tai Chi Exercises in 10 Minutes

I was teaching gentle exercise in a Chronic Pain class today and we practiced these simple Tai Chi exercises. First in sitting (not shown) - then in standing.

I can see why they call Tai Chi "moving meditation."

Mindfulness of Breath Meditation

This mindfulness of breath exercise is used in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction class which I highly recommend. The MBSR class is offered through Kaiser Health Education and there are community-based classes as well. Francis
